  1. I lost over 80,000 on this scam! I would like to see the total settlement amount and the expenses before the payouts. What a slap in the face that after 14 years this comes down to my check of 116.09! I will ask the Court to demand that we are shown how you arrived at this amount…..

  2. Class actions are not about punishing the defendant, or helping the consumer. They were designed by, and for the lawyers to get a cut of the scams. The payout comes to some small percentage of the total amount scammed from the public.

Furthermore the class members are usually not the people getting the settlement. For example, my name was on the list and I did not suffer any loss at all. I estimate that in most cases 1/3 of the alleged class members are not members at all.

    1. Simple, the class member list contains a lot of names that should not be there. You had to share the settlement with the lawyers, administrators, and all the people who never had an appraisal with Landsafe and were not entitled to a check to start with. Keep in mind that the administrators and lawyers do not care about you, so they do not care that the class member list includes all those extra names.

  3. I have not received this check.Tracking#1053017 Check # is 1079460. My name is Daniel Eisenhauer my address 19289 County road G Muscoda Wi. 53573-9012
