1. Official website gives no background on the company. 2. There’s no means of contacting the company prior to purchase if you want to query anything. 3. UK customers should be aware that (at the time of writing anyway – November 2020), any goods coming from US will get clapped with significant extra charges at UK customs. 4. The product looks lovely; the descriptions are enticing, but I want answers to all my queries and will be looking into what any reputable British dental authority has to say about this product.
This has to be one of the worst products out there and in my opinion, this is a scam! I purchased a unit and when I got it, I was excited to see how well it worked; however, within a week, or so the unit stopped charging. I would put it in it’s charger and leave it overnight to charge; however, when I went to use it the next day, it wouldn’t turn on. I thought that maybe I didn’t seat it properly in the charger, so I tried again and watched it flash, which is a sign that it is charging and then in a few seconds it stopped flashing. I re-adjusted it, but again after a few seconds it would stop flashing/charging. I reached out to the vendor and I had to take a video of what was wrong and send it to them. They offered to give me a refund, or replace the item. I really wanted to test the product, so I agreed to a replacement.
I received the replacement and within a month, it also stopped charging. It did the exact same thing as the first unit; it charged fine the first few times and then boom, it wouldn’t charge. The light would flash and a few seconds later it stopped. The unit was useless.
I reached out to the company and automatically sent them a video of what the unit was doing. I was going to take the refund this time; however, the company got back to me stating that “We regret to inform you that we only provide a 30-day return policy on all products and as per your order you have exceeded the 30-day limit. Therefore, we are not able to help you further”. This is unbelievable! I don’t believe that I received the unit 30 days ago; however, based on the day that it was apparently received by our local postal service, I would have received it 34 days ago.
Regardless of exactly when I received the replacement unit, the fact that this device can’t last over 30 days speaks volumes as to the quality of the unit and the fact that the company simply brushed me off after the second unit failed, is also telling as to the quality of the company.
I tried to respond to the latest email from the company where they basically told me that they can’t help me twice and each time, I got a ‘mail delivery fail’ message stating that my messages were detected as ‘spam’. That’s interesting given that I had no problem emailing the company multiple times prior to this latest one with no issues.
My recommendation is stay away from this product and this company.
