I wish I read your review first. I ordered an item from Greyboom October 31, 2020. I have not received the item. They provided a tracking number that took me to a website saying the item was delivered to the DDU November 14, 2020. There was no other activity. I’ve emailed them several times and they assigned a “ticket” number but told me to check the post office for my package. I have tried tracking it at UPS, USPS, and FedEx. That tracking number was not located. I emailed them again yesterday asking for a refund and got a response saying that after careful review of my order I had not purchased transportation insurance therefore they couldn’t refund my money. I have a paper trail. Nowhere on the order form does it give you the option of requesting transportation insurance. I filed a report with the Federal Trade Commission.
