I took the bait! My order has been divided into 3 shipments, of which two have arrived (3 weeks after ordered). Jewelry is cheaply made and in some cases does not resemble the advertisement. I placed an order for 5 items from Chili lots on July 16 and was provided with a tracking number. Daily tracking said a label had been prepared but items not received to be shipped. July 29 I requested a status update from Chilicloth stating if my items had not been shipped I would like to cancel my order and have my account credited. Chilicloth said they were unable to credit my account because because the items were in transit. Today, July 30…still label only has been prepared. I believe this is a scam!

This is a scam company. No way to return or receive refund.
This is a scam!! I ordered clothes and they were sent to me from Auckland NZ ( I am in NZ). When trying to return the ones that don’t fit they said I need to return them to China at my cost for a refund.
They refuse to take them back in Auckland.

I guess a am responding to my own post but I now have an update of this order.
It is now October 27th 2020 and I still haven’t received a refund for the items not sent with my order. I was promised that my credit card would be credited the refund of almost 80.00 that it appears I will never get.
Don’t buy from here!!!
